Accounting & Finance Assistant/Associate

We are looking for a meticulous and committed Accounting & Finance Assistant/Associate for one of our global shipping clients. The candidate will be responsible for assisting the Accounting & Finance department in handling account functions (AP/AR/GL) and month-end closing processes. The ideal candidate should have at least 2-4 years of relevant experience in a similar function.

Responsibilities

• Assist to manage account functions (AP/AR/GL).
• Coordinate financial transactions and address inquiries with banks and financial partners.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers as needed. (when necessary).
• Support month-end closing by preparing entries and reconciling accounts.
• Liaise with auditors for audit matters and audit schedules.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
