Accounting & Finance Officer (Compliance & Payroll)

Educational Background and Certification

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is highly preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field.
• Postgraduate education (e.g., MBA) is a plus.

Professional Experience

• At least 5–8 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with 3+ years in a leadership or managerial role.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a finance team, including accountants, bookkeepers, and finance analysts.
• Solid experience in:
• General accounting and financial reporting
• Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
• Taxation and compliance with BIR, SEC, and other government agencies
• DOLE compliance, including mandatory employee reporting
• Audit management (statutory and internal)
• Preparation and submission of General Information Sheet (GIS) to the SEC
