Accounting Head

We are looking for a strong Senior Accounting Manager who can take full ownership of the company's financial health. You will lead a growing accounting team, support executive leaders, and manage financial strategies for multiple large-scale construction projects. This role is perfect for a CPA who enjoys both operations and strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial operations: budgeting, forecasting, cash flow planning, and variance monitoring.
• Oversee accounting cycles, including billing, AR/AP, disbursements, payroll validation, and reconciliations.
• Ensure full compliance with BIR, SEC, LGU permits, and government-mandated contributions.
• Conduct internal audits, assess risks, and establish internal controls.
• Work closely with Procurement, HR, Legal, and Operations to support project financials.
