Accounting Head

The New Cafe Noelle, one of Pampanga’s most beloved restaurant brands, is looking for an Accounting Head to join our growing team. We are expanding and seeking a dedicated and experienced finance professional who can take charge of our accounting operations and support our continued growth with strong financial stewardship.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the overall financial operations of The New Cafe Noelle, including accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.
• Supervise and review the work of accounting staff (AR/AP, bookkeeper, inventory clerk, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, and other government regulatory agencies.
• Monitor and manage cash flow, bank reconciliations, and monthly closings.
• Prepare financial statements, forecasts, and business analysis reports for management.
• Implement internal controls and accounting best practices across branches.
