Accounting Head

Job Summary

The Accounting Head is responsible for leading the accounting team, overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, preparing timely and accurate management reports, and ensuring full compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and statutory requirements. This role plays a critical part in supporting strategic decision-making through reliable financial insights while maintaining strong financial controls and governance.

Key Responsibilities:
Accounting Leadership & Operations

• Lead, mentor, and supervise the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions.
• Oversee general ledger maintenance, month-end and year-end closing processes.
• Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial schedules for accuracy and completeness.
• Ensure consistency and adherence to company accounting policies and procedures.
