Accounting Head/Manager

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, or a related field

• At least 8-10 years of relevant accounting experience, with 5 years in a managerial role

• Strong knowledge of Philippine accounting standards, BIR regulations, tax compliance, and statutory reporting

• Proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, cash flow management, and internal controls

• Hands-on experience in month-end and year-end closing processes

• Proficient in accounting systems/software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, Xero, or similar) and MS Excel

• Experience in handling external audits, BIR audits, and coordination with banks and government agencies

• Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills

• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail
