Job Summary

The Accounting Intern will assist the Accounting Department in organizing, maintaining, and filing financial documents while providing basic administrative and accounting support. This role is ideal for students or fresh graduates who want hands-on exposure to accounting operations and office procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize, label, and maintain physical and digital accounting files and records.
• Assist in sorting invoices, receipts, vouchers, and other financial documents.
• Encode and update basic accounting data in spreadsheets or accounting systems.
• Support the accounting team in document tracking and retrieval.
• Ensure files are properly stored, updated, and easy to access.
• Assist in other clerical and administrative tasks as assigned by the Accounting Department.
