· Document controlling which includes filing of invoices/billings, official receipts, deposit slips and other files needed.
· Maintain records and documents for the finance department with supervision.
· Assists in sending out proof of transfers to some suppliers or providers if needed.
· Creating Purchase Invoices for Globe through NAV.
