Accounting Lead

We're hiring Accounting Lead

Location: Karachi
Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive accounting professional with strong manufacturing accounting exposure to lead daily accounting operations and support financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations
- Oversee inventory and cost of production accounting
- Prepare monthly management accounts and financial reports
- Perform reconciliations of bank, vendor, and ledger accounts
- Assist in budgeting, cost control, and audit processes
- Supervise and guide junior accounting staff
Requirements:
- Partly Qualified (ACCA / CA Inter / CMA)
- 3–5 years of relevant experience (preferably in the manufacturing sector)
- Strong knowledge of cost accounting and inventory management
- Proficiency in ERP systems and MS Excel
- Good analytical and communication skills
