Accounting Manager

1. Financial Management and Reporting

• Prepare, analyze, and presentmonthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements(P& L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
• Ensureaccurate recording of revenues, including billing for trucking services, fuel surcharges, demurrage, and other charges
• Monitorcost of operations, such as fuel, repairs, toll fees, and driver allowances
• Ensuretimely reconciliationof bank accounts, fuel cards, and cash advances
• Develop and maintainbudget forecastsand variance analyses

2. Cost Control and Analysis

• Track and analyzeoperational costs per truck or per routeto identify cost-saving opportunities
• Monitorfuel consumption, tire expenses, maintenance, and repair coststo ensure efficiency
• Work with Fleet and Operations departments to align accounting data with actual operational performance
• Compute and analyzecost per kilometer, cost per trip, andprofit...
