Accounting Manager

Hi, I’m Josh Andler, Senior Director of Finance at Jane. I’ve been here for about six years, and during that time I’ve seen Jane grow quickly while staying deeply grounded in our mission to help the helpers.

Our Finance team’s mission is to be a great business partner to Jane’s leadership. That means providing accurate financial records in a timely manner, helping forecast what’s ahead, and offering clear, thoughtful advice as the business scales. We aim to stay practical and scrappy while keeping a strong handle on risk, compliance, and long‑term sustainability.

I spend a lot of my days switching contexts - from process improvements to accounting and tax, to investor relations, to managing subsidiaries, and working cross‑functionally with leadership to assess strategic decisions. That variety is something I genuinely enjoy, and it’s a big part of what makes working in finance at Jane different.
