1. Prepare and review financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow, budgets,

etc.).

1. Verify accounting records to ensure accuracy and timeliness during month-end and year-end

closings.

1. Prepare profitability reports – sales channels, customers and products, etc.

2. Provide financial insights and recommendations to management.

3. Analyze variances and provide recommendations.

B. Accounting Operations

1. Manage accounts payable processing.

2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.

3. Prepare accounting policies and procedures for review and approval of top management.

4. Implement accounting policies and procedures in accordance with generally accepted

accounting principles (GAAP) and financial reporting standards.
