Accounting Manager-Credit

We are looking for an Accounting Manager for a manufactuting company, ensuring accurate financial operations, strong governance, and process optimization .
Key Responsibilities
Lead and develop Accounting teams (incl. Intercompany & R2R Supervisors)
Oversee Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Month-End Close & Reporting
Ensure timely and accurate financial transactions
Monitor KPIs & SLAs
Drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement
Support audits and compliance
Profile
~ Bachelor's in Finance/Accounting
~8+ years experience (3+ leading teams)
~ Strong knowledge of Accounting process
~ Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
~ Fluent English
