Description We are looking for an experienced Accounting Manager to lead core accounting operations for a healthcare organization in Fredericksburg, Virginia. This role will guide a team of seven accounting professionals while ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong balance sheet integrity, and a well-organized audit process.
