Description
 /Preferred QualificationsCollaborate with business leaders and HQ functions in Taiwan and US to budget and plan for Finance, HR, GWS, IT & Sales spending in Taiwan.
Manage the T&E function including policy communication & training, expense review, reporting, analysis and issues resolution for Taiwan entity.
Responsible for payroll related transactions including tax related matters.
Support the Pension related Accounting matters and the funds' bank accounts management for Taiwan employee base.
Participate in audits and special projects. 
Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
Good execution, coordination skills and project management capabilities.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance or related fields.
10+ experience in Finance experience including minimum 5 years of manager role.
