Accounting Manager - LATAM

Position Summary

As Accounting Manager, you will partner closely with the LATAM Head of Finance and global finance teams, with direct exposure to senior leadership, ensuring accurate financial reporting, strong financial controls, and consistency across a complex, multi-entity environment.

The role operates within a hybrid model of in‑house accounting and outsourced providers, requiring strong oversight, coordination, and accountability to ensure high‑quality and reliable outputs across all markets.

You will be responsible for bringing structure and discipline to a rapidly evolving regional setup, supporting both organic growth and M&A integration, and ensuring that accounting processes are scalable, compliant, and aligned with group standards.
