DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

A. Tax Monitoring and Compliance

• Ensures the monitoring of tax are filed and paid (annual income tax, property tax, withholding tax, percentage tax, value added tax, capital gains tax)
• Participates in all tax reconciliations and balances.

B. Accounting and Treasury Functions

• Preparation and monitoring of Financial Statements such as cash flow, monthly income statement, comparative income statement, and etc.
• Maintain the General and Subsidiary Ledgers, verified and reconciled.
• Develops system to account for financial transactions by establishing a chart of accounts; defining bookkeeping policies and procedures.
• Ensures P&L's transaction are covered by adequate documents and do not have any deviations.
• Completes Balance Sheet Reconciliations accurately by the deadline set by published accounting calendar with all unusual items properly followed up on and completely exa...
