Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily accounting and finance operations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of records.
• Prepare and review financial statements, management reports, and audit schedules.
• Ensure full compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements, including BIR, SEC, PEZA, and LGU.
• Manage tax filings, returns, and related documentation.
• Coordinate with external auditors, regulators, and other stakeholders.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
• Monitor financial performance and provide analysis to support business decisions.
• Supervise and guide the finance team, ensuring efficient workflows and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance and accounting, including financial reporting and tax compliance.
