Accounting Manager – Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance, or a related field.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred (or an advantage).
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounting, with supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and general ledger management.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Familiarity with taxation, statutory reporting, and government compliance (BIR, SEC, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
• Proficient in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Oracle, or similar) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and people management skills.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
