Accounting Manager

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.


• At least 15 years in accounting operations, preferably in manpower, logistics or other volume-based industries.


• Strong familiarity with Philippine government reportorial requirements (BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, DOLE).


• Demonstrated ability to manage teams, delegate tasks, and drive performance.


• Analytical mindset, detail-oriented, strong organizational and communication skills.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage end-to-end accounting processes including payroll, billing, collections, and disbursements.


• Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and management reports.


• Supervise reconciliation of accounts and monitoring of cash flow.
