Accounting Manager

Job Description

• Supervise and oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, policies, and procedures
• Manage the accounts payable and accounts receivable functions, including invoice processing, payments, and customer billing
• Reconcile general ledger accounts and investigate any discrepancies
• Assist with the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts
• Provide financial analysis and reporting to support decision-making
• Supervise and mentor the accounting team, ensuring they are properly trained and supported
• Collaborate with other departments to provide financial information and support
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
