Accounting Manager

Description
We are partnering with a growing organization in the Mechanicsburg, PA area seeking a hands-on Accounting Manager to lead day-to-day accounting and payroll operations. This role will oversee financial reporting, budgeting, and compliance while managing a small accounting team and supporting leadership with actionable financial insights.

Key Responsibilities

+ Lead all accounting operations including month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close

+ Prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow)

+ Oversee full-cycle payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance with federal, state, and local regulations

+ Manage accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger activity

+ Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial performance reporting
