Accounting Manager

We're Search Atlas, a fast-growing SaaS company at $30M+ ARR — and we're building the accounting function that will take us to $100M and beyond.
We're looking for a sharp, SaaS-savvy Accounting Manager who can own the numbers, lead our migration from cash to accrual accounting, and help us build a scalable financial foundation. This is a high-ownership role with direct visibility to leadership — not a bookkeeping seat.

What You'll Do
Lead transition from cash basis to accrual accounting
Implement proper revenue recognition (deferred revenue, subscriptions, refunds)
Own monthly close process
Ensure Stripe-to-QuickBooks accuracy
Maintain clean, audit-ready financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)
Establish accounting policies aligned with US GAAP
Coordinate with external US CPA firm for tax compliance
