Accounting Manager

This role leads the accounting team in managing financial transactions, store-level financial monitoring, audit coordination, and continuous improvement to support the financial health and operational efficiency of Bo’s Coffee.

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Financial Management & Reporting

• Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
• Ensure timely closing of books and accuracy of financial data
• Analyze financial performance and provide insights into management

2. Accounts Payable & Receivable Oversight

• Ensure timely processing of payables and collections of receivables
• Monitor cash flow and working capital

3. General Accounting & Reconciliation

• Oversee general ledger and reconciliation of all accounts
• Ensure alignment of POS, sales, and bank records
