Salary: $115,000 - $125,000

• Manage accounting functions for residential real estate operations

• Review and analyze partnership and joint venture deals

• Handle financial reporting and compliance

• Collaborate on budgeting and forecasting processes


Requirements
Qualifications:

• Strong experience in residential real estate accounting

• Background in joint ventures; HUD experience is a plus

• Advanced Excel skills required

• Familiarity with Blackbaud preferred (not required)

• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills
