Their portfolio consists mainly of Commercial Properties (Class A + strip malls). They have been acquiring new properties over the last several years and have more than 80+ properties.
This is a great opportunity for a Senior Property Accountant looking to take on a managerial role.
The Controller is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Property Accountant who is ready to make an immediate impact—and grow within the company long term.
As always, these are permanent, full time, fully benefited salaried positions (these are NOT temp, or temp to perm).
