Accounting Manager

We are looking for an Accounting Manager for a manufactuting company, ensuring accurate financial operations, strong governance, and process optimization .

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Accounting teams (incl. Intercompany & R2R Supervisors)
• Oversee Fixed Assets, Intercompany, Month-End Close & Reporting
• Ensure timely and accurate financial transactions
• Monitor KPIs & SLAs
• Drive automation, standardization, and continuous improvement
• Support audits and compliance

Profile

• Bachelor’s in Finance/Accounting
• 8+ years experience (3+ leading teams)
• Strong knowledge of Accounting process
• Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
• Fluent English
