Accounting Manager

Salary Range: $70,000.00 To $100,000.00 Annually

Job Summary: We are looking for an Accounting Manager to join our Finance Team. The Accounting Manager will support the Controller in overseeing the financial reporting and analysis as well as overseeing the day-to-day accounting operations. This position is ideal for someone who is motivated by continuous improvement and is looking for opportunities for growth as the business expands.

Supervise, develop and mentor accounting team

Oversee daily workflows of the department, review work and improve processes/controls

Support hiring, onboarding and retention of team members

Provide coaching, training and ongoing performance feedback

Act as point of escalation for accounting issues and provide guidance to team members
