Accounting Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Manages and overseas the department and subordinates to ensure effective completion of their responsibilities.

• Establishes work standards, performance, measures, goals and objectives

• Assigns deliverables/tasks to subordinates

• Evaluates works performance, tracks and reviews work progress of subordinates

• Provides direction and guidance

• Coaches, counsels and motivates subordinates

• Recommends personnel action/movement

• Interviews prospective employees for the department and recommends hiring

• Conducts job orientation and technical trainings

• Identifies and recommends training program/seminar for staff and development

• Issues and implements disciplinary actions as needed in concurrence with the Immediate Superior
