Job Description
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Manages and overseas the department and subordinates to ensure effective completion of their responsibilities.
Establishes work standards, performance, measures, goals and objectives
Assigns deliverables/tasks to subordinates
Evaluates works performance, tracks and reviews work progress of subordinates
Provides direction and guidance
Coaches, counsels and motivates subordinates
Recommends personnel action/movement
Interviews prospective employees for the department and recommends hiring
Conducts job orientation and technical trainings
Identifies and recommends training program/seminar for staff and development
Issues and implements disciplinary actions as needed in concurrence with the Immediate Superior
