Accounting Manager

ACCOUNTING MANAGER (FMCG)

Will lead statutory accounting, financial reporting, and cost accounting in a manufacturing/FMCG environment. This role focuses on accuracy, compliance, and internal controls, and works closely with the Finance Manager on financial insights and reporting.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and supervise the accounting team, including staff supporting manufacturing operations
• Oversee general accounting activities (GL, journal entries, accruals, reconciliations)
• Review and finalize monthly financial statements
• Ensure proper accounting for inventory, COGS, and production-related transactions
• Manage fixed asset accounting and depreciation
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax, and audit requirements
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
