JOB DESCRIPTION:

Accounting & Financial Management

• Oversee daily accounting operations including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Payroll
• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
• Review journal entries, reconciliations, and accounting schedules
• Monitor cash flow and bank reconciliations

Accounting System & Records Management

• Utilize QuickBooks as the company's primary accounting system
