Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accuracy of entries in the ERP system
- Prepare, file, and pay correct BIR returns and related attachments/reports
- Check inventory figures and values in ERP vs. actual count; report discrepancies to the Head of Finance
- Check and report issues concerning ERP software
- Perform cash sales and bank reconciliations
- Ensure all financial transactions and vouchers are recorded accurately
- Provide recommendations to the Head of Finance for process improvements
- Supervise subordinates to ensure work quality
- Assist the Finance Team/Head of Finance as needed
Qualifications:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – required
- 4+ years of relevant experience in accounting or finance
- Strong knowledge of BIR reporting, permits, and compliance
- Proficient in ERP systems and financial reconciliations
- Willing to work 48 hours per week
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
