Accounting Manager

We are seeking a highly competent 
Accounting Manager
 to lead core accounting operations and month-end close activities for a fast-paced, growing organization. This role will manage end-to-end accounting deliverables and ensure compliance with company policies and reporting standards.

The ideal candidate is a 
Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
 with strong technical accounting foundation, proven leadership skills, and hands-on experience using 
NetSuite ERP
.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle 
  month-end close
   and ensure timely submission of financial reports
• Review and validate 
  journal entries
  , accruals, deferrals, and supporting schedules
• Manage 
  balance sheet reconciliations
   (bank, AR, AP, prepaid, accruals, fixed assets, intercompany, etc.)
• Ensure accurate accounting for 
  revenue and expense recognition
