Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage accounting staff and daily financial operations
• Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements in accordance with accounting standards
• Ensure compliance with tax laws, government regulations, and company policies
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities
• Manage audits, tax filings, and coordination with external auditors
• Maintain strong internal controls and financial systems
• Monitor cash flow and financial performance
• Provide financial insights and recommendations to management

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license required
• Proven experience in accounting management or supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards, taxation, and financial regulations
