Accounting Manager

We are hiring for an ACCOUNTING MANAGER role

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field. MA or MBA is a plus.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Finance and Accounting roles, with exposure to financial statement preparation, tax compliance, and regulatory reporting. At least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity, demonstrating ability to lead a team, management workflows, and oversee staff performance.
• Proven track record in handling compliance requirements for BIR, SEC, PEZA, and LGU, including preparing and submitting mandated reports.
• Hands-on experience with tax return preparation, financial audits, and working with auditors and regulatory bodies.
• Background in analyzing financial data and contributing to strategic financial planning and budgeting.
