Accounting Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise daily accounting operations
• Prepare and review financial statements and management reports
• Ensure compliance with BIR, SEC, and other regulatory requirements
• Oversee tax filings, audits, and statutory reporting
• Monitor cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting
• Strengthen internal controls and accounting procedures
• Coordinate with external auditors, banks, and government agencies
• Supervise and develop accounting staff

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy (CPA preferred)
• Minimum 5 years accounting experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
• Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation and financial regulations
• Experience in manufacturing or inventory accounting is an advantage
