As our Accounting Manager, you'll lead client engagements, manage junior staff, and ensure timely and accurate delivery of services. This is a hands-on role — from overseeing regular accounting functions to jumping into cleanup, catch-up, and system migrations when needed. You'll balance strategic thinking with detailed execution.

Responsibilities:

• Own and manage full-cycle accounting for multiple clients
• Lead and execute cleanup and catch-up projects to bring client books up to date
• Manage system migrations (e.g., from Xero to QuickBooks Online), including setup, mapping, and reconciliation
• Review financial statements, reconciliations, and journal entries prepared by junior staff
• Serve as primary client contact for accounting needs and deliverables
• Maintain strong internal controls, checklists, and deadlines across accounts
• Train, support, and review work from junior accountants
