Accounting Manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) – Required
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in various accounting functions (General Accounting, Financial Reporting, Audit, Taxation, Cost Control, and Budgeting)
• At least 5 years of experience in the Hotel & Restaurant industry (preferably in a pre-opening setup)
• Strong background in hotel financial systems, POS systems, inventory management, and revenue control
• Experience in pre-opening activities including chart of accounts setup, internal control establishment, and policy development
• Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and financial analysis
• Knowledgeable in BIR compliance, tax regulations, and statutory reportorial requirements
• Strong understanding of internal controls, audit procedures, and risk management
