Accounting Manager - Promotion Track to Controller!

Description We are looking for an Accounting Manager to oversee core financial operations for a construction-focused organization in Asheville, North Carolina. This role will lead key accounting activities, support accurate and timely reporting, and help maintain strong financial controls across the business. The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience with close processes, ledger oversight, reconciliations, and audit support within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Lead the monthly close cycle, ensuring deadlines are met and financial results are complete and accurate.
• Maintain oversight of the general ledger, reviewing activity and resolving discrepancies to support reliable reporting.
