Accounting Manager

Job Description / Key Responsibilities
The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the company's overall accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with Philippine laws and regulations, and effective financial controls suited for construction and real estate development operations.
Core Responsibilities:
1. Financial Management & Reporting
Oversee preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PFRS.
Ensure timely and accurate closing of books.
Consolidate financial reports for multiple projects and related entities.
Prepare management reports, cash flow forecasts, and variance analysis.
2. Construction & Project Accounting
Monitor project costs, budgets, and cost-to-complete reports.
Review job costing, work-in-progress (WIP), and revenue recognition (percentage-of-completion).
