QUALIFICATIONS:

• The candidate must possess at least a bachelor's/college degree in finance/accountancy/banking or equivalent.
• At least 10 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Preferably a supervisor/5 years & up experienced employee specialized in finance—general/cost accounting or equivalent.
• With at least 10 years Managerial experience in general accounting for construction industry
• Experience with accounting software
• Superior data management and data analysis skills
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office application
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills
• Strong personality
