Job Position: Accounting Manager

Job Purpose:

Facilitating and improving the financial practices and procedures within the company and the organization, ensuring employer's adherence to financial regulations and legislation.

Job Description:

Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, and other transactions)

Coordination and submission of necessary documents to the current External Accounting Firm for the monthly BIR filing

Prepare business activity reports, financial statements, and forecasts.

Make sure financial legal requirements are met

Developing financial reporting systems.

Find ways to reduce or maintain costs by studying financial reports and business processes

Analyze market trends to discover business opportunities and maximize profits

Aid management in financial decisions.

Maintain up to date financial system knowledge.
