Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounting Associate to handle our regular BIR filings and compliance tasks, ensuring timely and accurate submissions in accordance with government requirements. This role is ideal for someone with solid experience in tax reporting and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and file monthly, quarterly, and annual BIR returns
• Manage and monitor eFPS, eBIRForms, and eTIS submissions
• Handle SLS/SPS (Summary List of Sales/Purchases) and QAP (Quarterly Alphalist of Payees)
• Maintain updated tax records and filing systems for audit and compliance purposes
• Ensure timely payments to the BIR to avoid penalties and interest
• Coordinate with internal auditors and prepare required documentation
• Stay up-to-date with current tax regulations, rulings, and BIR advisories
