Responsibilities

Accounting Operations & Controls

• Assist the CFO in managing the Accounting function for the assigned brand.
• Supervise day-to-day accounting operations to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of records.
• Maintain internal controls and ensure proper backup and continuity procedures for all finance-related processes.

Financial Reporting & Analysis

• Prepare and submit accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to Management.
• Review and analyze Balance Sheet and Income Statement accounts; investigate variances and prepare or recommend necessary adjusting entries.
• Ensure compliance with company accounting policies and applicable accounting standards.

Tax Compliance

• Review, and validate monthly, quarterly, and annual tax returns, including withholding taxes, VAT, and excise taxes, as applicable.
