Key Responsibilities

• Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting, month-end closing, and accounting operations in compliance with applicable accounting standards, internal policies, and control procedures.
• Manage corporate tax matters, including regulatory filings, compliance requirements, and oversight of applicable tax incentives.
• Handle treasury-related activities and corporate governance support, including cash flow forecasting and preparation of board documentation and resolutions.
• Establish, review, and enhance financial processes to ensure alignment with local statutory and reporting requirements.
