This role supports the Assistant Controller and Director of Accounting by managing staff, implementing process improvements, and maintaining compliance with GAAP and company policies. The Senior Accountant plays a key role in month-end close, financial analysis, and audit preparation, contributing to the overall financial health and strategic decision-making of the organization.
