Descripción y detalle de las actividades1.Leads and coordinates the departments' activities involved in the payroll calculation and payment.2.Responsible for the Payroll System complying with the Company's policies and the Legal and Fiscal requirements.3.Lead and Supervise the calculation of wages and salaries,Check that overtime, vacation bonuses, and coupons are included.4.In charge of the areas that manage the different deductions, such astaxes (ISPT, IMSS, INFONAVIT), loans, and other applicable discounts.5.Ensure the correct process and procedures for verifying new employee registration and modifications such as changes in Departments, Promotions, and/or Salaries are properly authorized and then updated in the Payroll System.6.Oversees the preparation of weekly and annual earningsand tax reports and the annual calculation of Profit Sharing, Vacations, and Christmas bonuses.6.Supervises and leads the payroll payment processes, verifying undelivered checks, pay envelopes, and bon...
