Accounting Manager

Job Description
The Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the organizations accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, compliance with accounting standards, and effective internal controls. This role manages the accounting team, leads month-end and year-end close processes, and supports management with financial analysis and reporting.
Requirements
Bachelors degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field
Minimum (X) years of accounting experience, including supervisory or managerial experience
Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting principles
Experience with accounting software and ERP systems
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial tools
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
Effective communication and leadership abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
