Accounting Manager

Our client is a private company poised for significant expansion. An excellent, newly created position has arisen for a motivated CPA to assume a hands‑on Accounting Manager position. This company has many profit centers in the US and is continuing on an acquisitions agenda. Our client is looking for a person that can be very hands‑on but also capable of supervising 3 accounting clerks. You will report to the Owner and to an Operations Manager who resides in the US. This position will require that you have a demonstrated knowledge of accounting and finance as you will be responsible for the accurate and timely reporting for the profit centers. You will also prepare various reports, work on some tax planning, coordinate budgeting and cash flows, liaise with lawyers and outside auditors and act as a key financial resource to the Owner and Operations Manager.
