Accounting Manager/Supervisor

Description We are looking for an experienced accounting leader to oversee compensation-related financial activities in Centerville, Virginia. This position manages payroll, incentive, commission, and equity accounting within a publicly traded environment, with a strong focus on accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting. The role partners closely with teams across payroll, human resources, legal, sales operations, and external reporting to support a reliable month-end close process and maintain well-controlled accounting operations.
